He has completed an extensive range and number of projects over the years including new homes and renovations, architectural builds, as well as commercial builds and renovations.

Kim
Kim commenced his career qualifying as a Carpenter and Joiner in 1977 and became a registered Building Practitioner (RBP) in 1979. This registration includes both domestic Builder Unlimited (DB-U) and Commercial Builder Unlimited (CB-U).

Lucas
Lucas has been employed with Brighton and Bayside Developments since 2012. He has since completed his qualification in carpentry and is now a director of the business. He is assisting Kim in further developing the business. Lucas is currently studying to become a registered building practitioner.
